It's a Start

Something I can do at home, in my time frame, and would probably help with stress release.


  1. Hmm, with a video like that I think I need to take up yoga! Thank you.

    Now, somehow I just don't think my lamp post inflexibility will ever make it even close to those twizzler like moves.

  2. Practice ... practice... If you can't bend in all the ways right away just go half-way. Then work on stretching in time. Also the key to yoga is breathing...whenever doing movements make sure you are practicing your breath.

    doing a google video search on yoga yields good results...too
