From afar I have enjoyed watching my Korean and expat friends freeze while I had 50F + temps back here in California. However, I was dreading that when I returned it would still be freezing.
It is lovely to see that right as February starts Korea is warming up. It's a sultry 39F over there right now, which is a great improvement from 10F.
Keep heating up Korea, and by the end of February it would be great if you were "long-sleeve" and cherry blossom weather.
