Iron Chef: Yakisoba

One of my favorite places to get dinner is becoming Iron Chef in Jeongja, Bundang. It is a Japanese style restaurant and the chefs cook on an iron table in front of you. It is kind of like Benihana back in the States but sized down and more affordable.

I like going because I can get the tasty dish Yakisoba. This is a stir-fried noodle dish with chicken, beef and vegetables. I really want to make this at home but am having a hard time finding the proper noodles. For now I can get my fill of this here. They have other items on the menu such as fried rice and omelets.
I recommend this place if you are in the area and want something different.
